Well, not really (the branding I mean), but the same thing.
Silverlight Spy (from First Floor Software) is a free utility for viewing the code behind any page that uses Silverlight. You just have to point it to the address, and the Spy will create a tree with the elements, that can be edited in real time (like in Firebug).
