Yesterday I returned from Bucharest, where I held a presentation about RIA development in Silverlight at the Internetics 2007 seminars. The presentation went relatively well, except for the fact that there where very few developers in the audience, so the live code writing thing had to be dropped. Also, Visual Studio made a joke on me (maybe because I’ve cheated on it with Eclipse and NetBeans, or maybe because the day before, I opened the project as a web site and this slightly modified the project - like Paul Dawson said, don’t mess around with the computer before the presentation), but finally, all was well.
Other speakers at Internetics: Paul Dawson from Conchango, Hartmut Kozok from Tribal DDB, Arina Ureche and Adrian Motirliche from BRAT so you can see how honored I was to be invited to participate at this event. The presentations went great, and the audience was satisfied.
